The DOP1190 W, for example, is an oven that comes with an Intelligent Control System that allows cooks to select from numerous commonly used recipes. Once the recipe is chosen, electronic sensors in the oven automatically determine the best way of cooking it, for how long and at what temperature. Meanwhile, you can attend to other pressing concerns.
A fan cooking option allows different dishes to be cooked simultaneously on various shelves while keeping the aromas and flavours separate, so a hearty savoury dish won’t overpower a delicate dessert. In addition, the low-temperature cooking feature on the fan cooking mode is a De Dietrich innovation that electronically controls the cooking parameters to ensure that food such as meat retains all its juices.
