Chuan Retreat Package at The Langham Hong Kong

The Langham Hong Kong has opened a new wellness sanctuary, Chuan Body + Soul that includes treatment rooms with saunas and showers, a rooftop swimming pool, and a fitness club.

The centre offers massages, facial treatments and foot therapies based on the Chinese philosophy of five elements: Wood, fire, earth, metal and water. Signature massages such at Chuan Balancing incorporates acupressure techniques to release muscular tension, while Chuan Harmony combines therapeutic elements to stimulate harmony within the body.

Other exciting facials include Bee Sting Facial Therapy (they don’t actually use bees to sting you don’t worry) and Bee Peel Facial. The latter is carried out using organic coconut, apple, raw sugar cane and glycolic peel to minimise fine lines and blemishes.
