Nobu-style sushi and sashimi at Nobu Kuala Lumpur in July

Nobu Kuala Lumpur is introducing a special, month-long menu of sushi and sashimi that celebrates the restaurant’s extensive repertoire of ‘Nobu’ cuisine – a cooking style firmly rooted in Japanese cuisine with touches of Peruvian influence, such as jalapeño pepper and cured ceviche.

Inspired by Chef Nobu Matsuhisa and his “Nobu style,” Executive Chef Philip Leong’s Nobu-style sushi and sashimi dishes will feature an invigorating array of new flavor combinations, including Whitefish and Uni New-Style Dry Miso and an Assorted Nobu Sushi Cup.

With prices starting at RM50, the month-long Nobu-Style Sushi & Sashimi menu includes:
