Saudi Arabia Welcomes Malaysians To Explore Its Hidden Gems

Saudi Arabia was perhaps once a mysterious place with numerous hidden gems. But now, Saudi Arabia is launching spectacular initiatives to welcome the world to discover its wonders. In the past week, the Saudi Tourism Authority has been running roadshows to (re)introduce themselves to Malaysian travellers while showing promising commitment to our country. For instance, the Saudi Tourism Authority has made it easier for Malaysian travellers to visit Saudi Arabia with the e-Visa program (Malaysian passport holders can either apply for an e-Visa before the trip or get a Visa On Arrival). Also, the recently launched 96-hour Stopover Visa allows Malaysian visitors to spend up to 96 hours in Saudi Arabia if they are flying with Saudia airlines or Flynas airlines. This opens the opportunity for Malaysians to have a quick taste of Saudi Arabia during flight stopovers. Saudi Arabia is also offering similar opportunities to many other countries because, by 2030, the country aims to welcome 150 million travellers from around the world.
