In the spirit of Ramadan, Habib returns with its much-awaited annual Hari Raya campaign, Rantaian Kasih (The Ties That Bind), spotlighting the cultural depth, historical symbolism, and artistic significance of the wau. More than just a decorative craft, this year’s theme symbolises the interwoven bonds of ancestry, unity, and the collective journey toward the future. Centred around the warmth of family, the campaign showcases Malaysian actress Ummi Nazeera and her loving kin as its ambassadors, adorned in Habib’s latest jewellery pieces while bringing to life the sentiment behind ‘The Gift of Happiness’.
Specially curated for this Hari Raya season, the Al-Zahra collection presents a glittering selection of jewellery pieces inspired by the intricate motifs of the traditional wau, featuring combinations of gold, diamonds, and gemstones. Signature pieces include an 18k white gold diamond bangle encrusted with 6.15 carats of round-cut diamonds in claw settings as well as a lustrous 18k white gold diamond ring set with 1.53 carats of round-cut diamonds. Additionally, butang baju melayu (Malay attire buttons) and silver palladium rings are also included in the men’s jewellery line.
Meanwhile, the Oro Italia 916 collection remains a perennial Raya gem. This season’s highlights include a yellow and white gold bangle crafted in 22k gold as well as a yellow, white, and rose gold necklace, also in 22k gold. The collection also extends to a variety of pendants, long chain necklaces, and statement bracelets, each sculpted in premium 916 gold and exclusively designed in Italy. Complementing this grand ensemble are locally made 916 and 999 gold jewellery and matching mother-and-child sets—all enriched with intricate motifs and engravings.
Other standout pieces in this campaign include a diamond bracelet with tsavorite gemstones, a tanzanite and tsavorite brooch, and a spinel diamond necklace paired with a matching spinel diamond ring—all decked in 18k white gold.
