It starts off with 50g of Russian beluga caviar with ice citron and vodka, followed by Belon oyster on ice, smoked Balik salmon and copious flutes of Louis Roederer Cristal.
Dinner proper then commences, with black Perigord truffles and white truffles from Alba on tagliolini, paired with a Vincent Girardin vintage. The wagyu with a marbling score of 12 is then served with bordelaise sauce and a delicious Masseto. Pre-dessert comes in the form of a fired bomboloni with pure blueberry cream and a parfait of milk and Italian meringue with an assortment of rare gelato.
