Guests of Robb Report Malaysia were recently introduced to an afternoon of luxury highlights with origins from the European Continent. At the KSK Land show gallery in Kuala Lumpur, they were introduced to the YOO8 branded residences of 8 Conlay, with a showcase of the beautiful Kelly Hoppen-designed units of Tower B which will be supported by services from the august German-originated luxury hospitality brand Kempinski.

Welcoming guests to the evening was a British motoring icon, the sleek two-door Aston Martin Vantage coupe (RM1.6 million, inclusive of duties) with its sculptured physique adding undeniable frisson to the evening. The ensuing four-course dinner by Nathalie Gourmet included a pairing of Château Tuquet Monceau and Champagne Charles de Cazanove brut with a live introduction by wine merchant and connoisseur Olivier Di Tullio. Then, as the evening coup de grace, the fabled Louis XIII cognac – representing over 100 years of French savoir-faire in a single drop – was served to guests to cap a fabulous night.
